1. Permission to Enter Property

I authorize Ruff Riders and its authorized employees to enter my property for the sole purpose of picking up and/or dropping off my dog(s) during scheduled services.

 

 

2. Key and Code Security

​

All codes, keys, and access information will be kept confidential and used only for scheduled services. Access details will not be shared or used for any purpose other than caring for your dog(s).

 

 

3. Liability

​

Ruff Riders will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from an owner-provided access method (e.g., faulty lock, lost key, or breach due to hidden key location). The client assumes all responsibility for the safety of their home and agrees to notify Ruff Riders immediately of any change in locks, codes, or access methods.

 

 

4. Cancellation & Access Changes

If access cannot be obtained due to a changed lock/code or blocked entry, and the client did not inform Ruff Riders in advance, the client will be charged for the missed service.

 

 

5. Key/Code Retrieval

​

If access is no longer needed, the client may request return of physical keys or deletion of stored codes.
