Yes. All dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to first ride.

Pick up times are typically between 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. for a morning playtime and between 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. for an afternoon playtime.

Drop off times are typically between 12 - 12:30 p.m. for a morning playtime and between 3 - 3:30 p.m. for an afternoon playtime.

Before your scheduled pick-up time, you'll receive a secure link via text message to our live GPS tracker. This will allow you to see exactly where we are and when we arrive in your neighborhood.

Please use the GPS link we send before your appointment to track the bus's arrival. This way, your pup is ready and waiting when we pull up. Make sure your pup has a collar or harness on. No need for a leash - we use our own for safety and consistency.

If you are not home during pick-up, please include a message at booking letting us know where we can find your collared or harnessed pup.

There is a $10 cancellation fee applied if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to pick up time.

No problem! As long as we have your permission (a signed Home Access Agreement*), we can safely pick up and drop off your dog even if you're not home. Many clients provide us with a key, garage door code, or use one of our free lock boxes. We'll work with you to determine the best safe access method.

*Home Access Agreement can be found in Forms from the main menu.

We'll need one quick form completed before your pup can ride: our Service and Liability Agreement. This can be completed during the booking process. If you won't be home for pick-up, we'll also ask you to complete a Home Access Agreement. These forms can be reviewed and found in our main menu under Forms.

Through our booking process on our website, we accept credit card payments.

We'll notify you immediately, and, if necessary, get your dog to your preferred veterinary clinic. Your pup's well-being comes first.

Rain showers? We'll just towel 'em off!

But your dog's safety comes first! In cases of severe weather - like storms, extreme heat, or icy conditions - we may adjust, delay, or cancel rides. We will notify you if so.
