Liability Waiver

1. Service Agreement

By signing this agreement, I authorize Ruff Riders LLC to provide transportation, group outings, and any requested add-on services for my dog.

I understand that:

• My dog must be current on all vaccinations.

• My dog must pass a temperament assessment before joining group activities.

• My dog must be reasonably healthy and fit for group play.

• Pickups and drop-offs will occur within the communicated time window.

• In case of emergency, Ruff Riders LLC may transport my dog to the nearest veterinary clinic and will attempt to contact me immediately.

2. Behavior & Risk Acknowledgment

I certify that:

My dog has not shown aggression toward people or other dogs, or if it has, I have disclosed this behavior fully.
My dog does not have a history of biting, snapping, or attacking another dog or person.

I understand and accept that:

Even well-socialized dogs can have unpredictable reactions.
There are inherent risks in off-leash play, transportation, and group activities, including injury or illness.

I will not hold Ruff Riders LLC or its employees liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or escape that may occur while my dog is in their care, unless due to gross negligence or misconduct.

3. Emergency Care

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Ruff Riders LLC to seek medical treatment for my dog at the nearest available veterinarian. I understand I am financially responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.
