By booking transportation or play services with Ruff Riders (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client” or “owner”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
• Ruff Riders offers pet transportation, group play sessions, and related care services as described on our website or booking materials.
• Services may be adjusted or modified at our discretion for the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care.

2. Client Responsibilities
• Health & Vaccinations: Owner must ensure their dog is current on all required vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, distemper, etc.) and is free from contagious illness or parasites.
• Behavior: Owner must disclose any history of aggression, reactivity, or special needs. Ruff Riders reserves the right to refuse service to any dog for safety concerns.
• Collars/Leashes: Dogs must have a secure collar and ID tag. Ruff Riders may use safety equipment if needed.
• Home Access: If the owner is not home, access must be safely arranged in advance (key, code, etc.) through the signed Home Access Agreement.

3. Safety & Liability
• While every effort is made to ensure safety, Ruff Riders is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during transportation or play.
• Group play involves inherent risks such as roughhousing, scratches, or bites. Owners accept these risks by booking services.
• Ruff Riders is not responsible for damage to personal property caused by the client’s dog.

4. Emergency Care
• In case of illness or injury, Ruff Riders will attempt to contact the owner immediately along with veterinary office provided at time of booking. If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic.
• All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service to avoid charges.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be billed at full price.
• Packages and rides are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Weather Policy
• For extreme weather (heat, cold, storms, etc.), Ruff Riders may shorten or cancel play sessions to ensure safety.
• Transportation schedules may be delayed or altered due to weather or road conditions.

7. Payment
• Payment is due at the time of booking and prior to service.

8. Media Release
• By using our services, you consent to Ruff Riders taking photos/videos of your dog for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice opting out.

By booking with Ruff Riders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
